STREET PARKING DURING WINTER STORMS
With the upcoming winter weather we want to remind all residents that there is no street parking from 2:00 AM until 6:00 AM and when snow exceeds two inches.  Please remember that our snow plow trucks need room to clear our streets. 
Service Department Hiring
The Service Department is hiring a general laborer.  All applications must be received by Noon on January 20, 2023.

TRASH PICKUP DELAY
Trash pickup will be delayed one day due to the holiday.  We will be picked up on Friday, January 6, 2023.  Christmas trees can be placed on the tree lawn anytime. 
In anticipation of the winter storm, the Mayor, Chiefs and Directors will be pro-active in keeping everyone safe by having additional police officers, firefighters, and service workers on duty over the three-day holiday weekend
CIVIL SERVICE - ENTRY LEVEL POLICE OFFICER
The City of Olmsted Falls will begin accepting applications for the position of Entry Level Police Officer on Monday, November 14, 2022.  Deadline to submit applications is December 9, 2022 at 4:00 PM.

TRASH UPDATE: Republic Services will be out today and tomorrow picking up trash.   If you notice that they are on your street today but your trash was not put out, they will be back again tomorrow.

VIETNAM VETERANS WAR MEMORIAL
Mayor Graven's Vietnam Veterans War Memorial Initiative has officially launched! Support the effort to bring a memorial to the Village Green - honoring "those who raised their right hands" by purchasing a car magnet for a $5 minimum donation.
On Tuesday, March 27, 2018, Mayor Graven proclaimed March 29th as Vietnam Veterans Day in Olmsted Falls. Mayor Graven honored resident veterans Richard McMakin, Rick Adler, Larry Risko and Peter Carpenter for their service to our country and presented each of them with a proclamation.
