Green Park
This park
serves as a gateway into the community. Its central park
facility provides a variety of recreational alternatives
on a small 3-acre plot, located in the City's Historic
District, at Columbia Road (Rt.252) and Water Street.
Families with young children especially enjoy the newly
renovated playground and fountain. Many photography sessions
have been held on the grounds gazebo. Grills and picnic
tables around the park make it a nice picnic spot for
young and old alike. Basketball, Volleyball and Horseshoes
make this an ideal location for family gatherings. Take
a look at the schoolhouse pavilion that is newly constructed
and will be opening soon!
