Rent our facility for your next meeting, birthday party, sporting event or training. Contracts for facility rental are not valid until signed by the OCC. All facility rental requests must be made in person/by phone. The OCC does not accept rental requests for the facility to be made online at this time.

The Teen Center:

The Teen Center contains a tile floor and multiple windows.  It is located on the lower level of the OCC.

Room Size:  40 ft. x 40 ft.

Room Capacity:  25 to 100 people

Cost:  $30.00 / hr. (does not include full use of kitchen)

The Schuster Room:

The Schuster Room is fully carpeted and has a window.  It is located on the lower level of the OCC.

Room Size:  20 ft. x 20 ft.

Room Capacity:  15 to 20 people

Cost:  $15.00 / hr.

The Kitchen:

Rental of the kitchen includes a refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave, sinks and oven.  Stove and dishwasher are not available for use.  The kitchen is located within the Teen Center.

Cost:  $20.00 (flat fee)

The Dance Studio:

The Dance Studio contains a hardwood floor and does not have windows.  It is located behind the gym.

Room Size:  20 ft. x 30 ft.

Room Capacity:  15 to 20 people

Cost:  $20.00 / hr.

The Gymnasium:

The Gymnasium contains a hardwood floor, windows, 250 bleacher seats and basketball hoops.  It is located on the upper level of the OCC.

Cost:  $45.00 / hr.

The Fitness Studio:

The Fitness Studio contains a hardwood floor, and does not have windows.  It is located on the lower level of the OCC.?€‹
