Ethical conduct by all employees.
The Olmsted Falls Police Department serves a rapidly growing residential community of approximately 10,000 residents. The department currently consists of 10 full-time officers, 10 part-time officers and six full-time dispatcher/clerks. The Patrol Staff is supplemented by a staff of six certified Reserve Officers and ten Auxiliary Police officers.

The department is housed in a combined city hall and police complex. The police facility provides dispatching services for the police, fire and service department in a modern communications center. Prior to moving to the new complex, the department was housed in an antiquated building less than one fourth of the size of the current facility.

The department, in addition to providing law enforcement service to the community, has several programs that to assist the residents and improve their quality of life.
