City of Olmsted Falls has a strong commitment to citizen participation
as evidenced by the number of citizen boards and commissions
established by City Charter. These bodies compose a formal
system through which citizens can advise City Council on all
major issues affecting the City. |

Boards and commissions are responsible to
City Council and appointments are made by the Mayor and approved
through a Council vote. Anyone interested in serving on a
Board or Commission should contact the Clerk of Council, The
Mayor or the respective Board or Commission to express interest
and submit a letter outlining the reasons for their interest
and how they can be contacted.
