ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION BOARD (Charter Article 10.06)

MEETINGS
WHEN: Quarterly, or as needed


It shall be the function and duty of the Environmental Protection Board to identify conditions which are detrimental to the environment of the Municipality. It shall make recommendations to Council on the need for enforcement of current laws or for new legislation concerning environmental problems. The Environmental Protection Board shall develop and maintain an educational program aimed at making both residents and businesses aware of their legal and moral responsibility to protect the environment of the Municipality.
